Terms of Use for tonsbroad.living

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use tonsbroad.living and the services Tonsbroad Tree Service offers through it. By browsing the site, calling the number shown on it, or sending a form, you accept these terms. This page is a general template and is not legal advice.

What Tonsbroad Tree Service Does

Tonsbroad Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not take down trees, grind stumps, trim branches, or clear storm debris. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Work Independently

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licensing, insurance, and conduct. We do not employ, supervise, or direct them. We make no promises about whether a provider is available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written quote.

Information Only, Not Professional Advice

Everything on this website is general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance, or financial advice. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider and, where it applies, with your insurer and local permit office.

How You Agree to Use the Site

Please give accurate details when you contact us, and use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, interfere with how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Contact by Phone, Text, or Email

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may reach out about your request by phone, text, or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing purposes. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by writing to contact@tonsbroad.living.

Ownership of Content

The text and design of this website belong to Tonsbroad Tree Service or those who license them to us. Do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Tonsbroad Tree Service is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this website, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The website is offered "as is", with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. If you keep using the website after an update, you accept the new version.
